2022 Pinot Gris

A refreshing white wine with its bright acidity and aromatic nose of jasmine, pineapple, and pear. There is ripe lemon, kefir lime, and early spring melon on the palate. 50% was fermented in neutral oak, and 50% in stainless steel. The wine moved into 100% neutral oak puncheons for four more months of aging.
