Literally translates to “The Best”. This annual release is our winemaker’s blend of the very best of each barrel into one special barrel of new French oak. This vintage has copious amounts of cherry blossom, black tea, cherry compote on the nose, with a hint of forest floor. The palate brings grilled cherries with a touch of root beer, wet stones, and cedar. Complex and beautifully balanced. 10 Months in 100% new French oak.
