The 2023 is a brighter expression than its previous vintages. It shows notes of honey, fennel pollen, pineapple and lemongrass, layered with light caramel and a touch of Tahitian vanilla. A balance of freshness and richness carries through to the finish. 40% malolactic fermentation.
