2021 "Quatre Cinq Un" Pinot Noir

Blueberry pie on the nose with a whisp of Mountain Honey. Hints of graphite and patchouli with a nice minerality. This wine sat in oak for 8 months: 1/3 new French oak – light toast, 1/3 once used, 1/3 twice used. Final two months in stainless steel.
