2017 Birch Bark Pinot Noir
Opulence and baking spice
This Pinot sits more on the ripe fruit side of the divide. Stewed strawberries, with hints of cola and Christmas spices. If our other Pinots are spring Pinots, this is definitely more of a fall wine. As it ages it will continue soften into a mature rich Pinot. While it’s a one man show on its own, the BirchBark Pinot is the perfect accompaniment to roast fowl and other game birds.
What better way to help out the animals of Santa Cruz and Monterey as 10% of each bottle sale is donated to the BirchBark Foundation. This volunteer veterinary group helps save the pets of owners that have fallen on hard times. Get this wine while it lasts!

For the month of July, Montagne Russe is making a huge push for BirchBark Foundation. The goal: Sell 500 bottles of BirchBark Pinot Noir by August 1st.
If we hit that goal, we will double the normal amount donated from each bottle sale >>> Making it a total of $8 per bottle going to saving the dogs and cats of Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties.
In addition, purchases of 3+ bottles will receive a $15 gift certificate for helping to hit the goal.
