"The 2016 Pinot Noir Springhill Ranch is pale ruby-purple in color and displays quite a stemmy nose to begin, giving way to a provocative perfume of raspberry tart, freshly crushed cherries and redcurrants with hints of cinnamon stick, potpourri, tilled soil and mossy bark. Medium-bodied, the palate sports bags of finesse with a great intensity of nuanced red berries and earthy layers plus a refreshing line and firm, grainy tannins, finishing very long. 72 cases produced."
